WHEN PURCHASING A QUARTER YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED EVERYTHING YOU REQUEST. THIS HAS TO BE SPLIT BETWEEN 2 ORDERS AND WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE THE WEIGHT THE SAME.

Quarter beef orders have very little options to pick from because it needs to be split evenly. If you are looking for more options we do recommend purchasing a half a beef from your producer.

We hang the beef carcasses between 10 and 14 days from time of slaughter. Once complete you will be notified and have 3 days to pick up before daily late fees will be added. 
We charge $1.25 per pound for cut and wrap on quarter orders. 
We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
If hours vary ( for holidays) you will be notified in your pick up text.

Cured meats are an additional charge of $2.00 per pound. Base pricing is $1.25 for cutting and wrapping. Once you are notified that the meat is ready you will be required to pick up within 3 business days or late fees will be added.
