Our hamburger is clipped together with non conductive aluminum. This IS microwave safe.

WHEN PURCHASING A QUARTER YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED EVERYTHING YOU REQUEST. THIS HAS TO BE SPLIT BETWEEN 2 ORDERS AND WE DO OUR BEST TO MAKE THE WEIGHT THE SAME.

We hang the beef carcasses between 10 and 14 days from time of slaughter. Once complete you will be notified and have 5 days to pick up before daily late fees will be added. 
We charge $1.05 per pound for cut and wrap. 
We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
If hours vary ( for holidays) you will be notified in your pick up text.
