Round Steaks are cut 1/2" thick and packaged 1 to a pack. The full cut round weigh about 2.5-3 pounds, good for cutting your own stew meat, stir-fry, or grilling.  If you select roasts you will receive 5-6(3#)  roasts.  These are very similar to Rump Roasts and will be cut the same size.

The sirloin tip roast is flavorful, but like most lean cuts, it can be tough and should be braised or stewed. Also known as round tip roast.

Any Ground Beef not used for patties will be packaged bulk.

Tenderloin also known as Filet Mignon.  On a quarter of beef there is a section of tenderloin we remove from the sirloin.  It will yield about 4 steaks at 3/4" and 3 at 1" IF you select T-Bones and Porterhouse.  If you select NY Strips and Loin it will yield about 8 steaks at 3/4" and 6 at 1".

Tenderloin also known as Filet Mignon.  On a whole beef there is a section of tenderloin we remove from the sirloin.  It will yield about 16 steaks at 3/4" and 12 at 1" IF you select T-Bones and Porterhouse.  If you select NY Strips and Loin it will yield about 28 steaks at 3/4" and 18 at 1".

If you choose both roasts and steaks for the round you will get half roasts and half steaks.

-  Average deer (50#-60#DRESSED) - With cuts (loin, roasts, steaks) most deer will yield 10-20 pounds (1-2 options)
-  Average deer with out cuts most deer will yield 25-35 pounds (2-3 options) 
-  Larger deer (70#-80# DRESSED) - With cuts (loin, roasts, steaks) most deer will yield 30-40 pounds (3-4 options)
-  Larger deer without cuts most deer will yield 40-50 pounds (4-5 options)

There is no processing fee if you get all burger bulk.
